* What is Intermittent Fasting?
= Intermittent Fasting is a type of fasting done for a particular period of time in a day within 24 hours. It is done by many fitness enthusiasts nowadays, to burn intense calories.
For example, if a person is following a routine where he is not eating any food at a stretch for 12 hrs in a day and for the last 12 hrs eating sufficient food. He might make a formidable difference between his present physique and his former one.
[Note: This may help in some cases but there are exceptions too. So always listen to your body first.]
